Mitch Woodland. "I'm heading up the coast on Saturday, making a few stops along the way to collect some footage, hopefully at some different locations. Then I'm going to stay up on the Gold Coast with some mates for a few nights. Sort of thanking myself that I didnt go up for Schoolies. [Laughs] Too much punishment for the liver and the wallet!"

You can catch up with the Nick Ormerod [below] & Simon Ormerod, Matt Lackey, Rob Laurie, and Tom Smith in Queensland.

Come for a drive across Australia stopping along the way with Micheal Honeybone, all the way over to West Oz to get some waves with Hardy and Rawlins.

You can spend some time on the cold Victorian coastline and meet a bunch of dedicated kids that you may have never seen before. Then to top it off with some New South Wales South Coast action.

Australian Made will premiere around Australia early December 2006, and will be in stores shortly after.

Novy Update. "I've been getting some fun waves at Cloud Nine in the Philippines over the last week and a half. The last few days have been about 6 foot, great barrels and ramps. It was really crowded when it was small but since there's been swell there's only been a couple of bodyboarders out!

I'm leaving tomorrow, off to Thailand and then Barcelona [Spain] for a about a week and to the Canary Islands for a couple of weeks to hopefully score some insane waves. After that, I'm going to America and Hawaii."

Apologies for the lack of news updates of late. It's been a while. There's plenty of stuff going on at UNITE. HQ and lots of news so let's get to it.

Firstly, due to popular demand, we are re-releasing the Retro Tee Shirt [above] in limited numbers for Christmas 2006.

The Limited Edition Retro Tee Shirt will be available in five new colour ways – Black, White, Red, Royal Blue, and Kelly Green.

The Limited Edition Retro Tee Shirt will be on the racks of UNITE. Dealers throughout Australia during the first week of December - just in time for Christmas!

Winston and Parkway Drive have finally returned to Australia following an eight month stint of touring overseas. It hasn't stopped there. Recently, PWD blew away the majority of acts on the Taste Of Chaos Tour here in OZ and played a massive Halloween show in their hometown of Byron Bay.

Todd and Jarrod at QCD hooked Winston up with a sweet new ride and he is psyched to be finally back in the water. The lads at QCD have launched a new wesbite too, have a look at this!

Parkway Drive are back on tour next week headlining shows across Australia with Himsa [USA] and Cry Murder. Check out all the details here.

Hez Update. "I've just been cruising at home surfing and working. I went to the Randwick Raceway for the Melbourne Cup yesterday and picked the winner [laughs]. The waves have been pretty bad so I have been doing a bit of work. Even though the Canary Islands contest got cancelled, I think I'm still going to do a trip there in December then head to Hawaii."

Nick O has also been hanging at home, living the life on Queensland's Gold Coast. Not only has Nick had the odd trip down the coast for waves, he has been studying hard and signing contracts with BZ Bodyboards and Churchill Swimfins. Check Nick's new BZ ad in Riptide 154.
