NEWS FEBRUARY 2007 27/02/07
We promised you some photos of Nick O from his trip to Micronesia with Simon Ormerod and Glen Thurston a while back. So here they are... Enjoy!
The crew scored some crazy waves in previously unchartered waters. Keep an eye out for the full story and amazing images in a future issue of Riptide Magazine.
20/02/07 Movement 16 is out now. As always, you can pick it up from your local newsagent or Bodyboard store. This is what the latest issue has on offer according to the Movement crew themselves. "The surfing world stopped and stared slack-jawed
at Hawaii for another winter while the world's best tried to back up
all the talk. Our North Shore spread traces the moments that have made
the place infamous, talks hierarchy in the line-ups and bangs out the
biggest shots. Also, you can check out the Movement 16 Preview produced by the Waldron Bros. here. 13/02/07

Mitch Woodland has returned home an impressive season in Hawaii. He will be hitting Queensland's Sunshine Coast this week to stay with mate Jake Stone. Mitch will also compete in the Harbour Town Digital Mobile Pro on the Gold Coast. Hez Update."Hawaii was fun, was a pretty decent season. I've been home a couple weeks now, just hanging out for a swell in South Oz, then I'm going to head down there. I have had a few good surfs down the south coast. Other than that, I've just been hitting the town!" Harry
is now riding for Morey Bodyboards and Churchill
SwinFins. Here's what he had to say in the Morey Press
Release. “Morey has always seemed the like king pin of bodyboarding
to me, they were the first bodyboards ever made and ridden and have
held their name as the biggest and best in the sport ever since.
They have a cool image surrounding them that seems to promote the
fun and individuality of the bodyboarding lifestyle and I am pleased
to be a part of it.”
Novy also just got back from Hawaii, the last stop on his World Trip. He scored decent waves on each stop of his journey, the Philipines [above] and Canary Islands [below] in particular. He will also be on the Gold Coast for the BBA Australian Tour event.
